Here is a Step-by-Step Guide on how to Stake Harmony (ONE) using Trust Wallet and the Harmony Chrome Extension Wallet

Step 1: Download the Harmony (ONE) wallet via the Harmony Chrome Extension Wallet. But first make sure you download the correct wallet extension. The image below is the official Harmony Chrome Extension Wallet for reference.

Step 2: Create your own personal wallet. Tip, be sure to NEVER give away your own private key seed phase. Also make sure to back up this seed phase in order to recover your address in any evident you need to recover your account.

Step 3: Click on the menu tab in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Click on Import Account

Step 5: Import your wallet account. I used Trust Wallet since that is where my Harmony (ONE) was stored but you can use this same process with any other wallet as long as you have your Mnemonic phase available. Next,
Select Type — Mnemonic from the drop-down menu. Then paste your Mnemonic key from Trust wallet or whichever wallet you have your Harmony (ONE) stored.

Step 6: Go to Harmony (ONE) Mainnet

Step 7: Enter your Address in the top left. Once your address is imported. You can control your funds from this page. For instance, you can stake your Harmony (ONE) by choosing a validator. Simply click on the Validators button on the left and from there you can see expected return, stake amount, fees, and uptime of each validator.

Step 8: Click on the validator you want to stake your Harmony (ONE). The Click Delegate and enter the amount of (ONE) you would like to delegate to the validator.

Congratulations you have now officially staked your Harmony (ONE) tokens!

I hope you found this tutorial helpful.

Until next time,
